I don't like the Marvelous designer default avatars. Is there a place where one can get realistic human avatars which are compatible with Marvelous Designer software? Thanks!

There are many places to get avatars. Various 3D marketplaces sell rigged humans.
DAZ3d.com has thousands of male and female models as well as different hairs, skins, morphs etc.
Some of their models are very realistic.
You can import any 3D model into Marvelous Designer and use it as a custom avatar.
There are no particular avatars only which can be used as Marvelous Designer avatars.
